You must be at least 13 years old to use our applications. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our applications for any commercial resale or distribution
• Use our applications in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Ashtec Apps or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Ashtec Apps name, logo, and any related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ashtec Apps. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

You agree that you will not:

• Use our applications in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of our applications or any associated servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our applications, systems, or networks
• Use any automated means to access our applications or collect data from them
• Use our applications to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Our applications are distributed through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Your download, installation, and use of our applications through these platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service and policies.

Our applications may also integrate or interact with third-party services (such as advertising networks, analytics providers, and authentication services). We are not responsible for the practices of such third-party services, and you should review their terms and policies separately.

Some of our applications may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of such advertisements or for any products or services advertised. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

We may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or new versions of our applications. Such updates may be required to continue using the applications. We may also discontinue any application at our sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ashtec Apps, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use our applications.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ashtec Apps and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our applications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our applications will immediately cease, and you must stop using and uninstall the applications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. The provisions in question shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable while preserving their original intent.
